🏃 STRESS ECG TEST (Treadmill Exercise Test)
A Stress ECG (also known as a Treadmill Test) measures how your heart responds to physical exertion. It's often used to evaluate chest pain, assess your risk of coronary artery disease, or determine how well your heart is functioning after a heart attack or procedure.
During the test, you’ll walk on a treadmill while your heart rate, blood pressure, and ECG are continuously monitored. As the intensity increases, we can observe how your heart responds under stress, which helps detect blockages or abnormal heart rhythms that may not be visible when you’re at rest.
Our team at Epic Heart Clinic ensures your safety and comfort throughout the test. We closely monitor your vital signs and provide immediate care if any symptoms arise during the procedure.
This test gives us essential data to guide treatment, adjust medications, or recommend further investigations like angiography or cardiac imaging. It's a powerful tool in both diagnosis and monitoring.
